
BMW Confirms Date of Fully Electric BMW iX3
17 July 2020The much-anticipated update about BMW’s first fully electric SUV has been announced.
The BMW iX3, set to be the manufacturer’s first fully electric SUV, will hit UK showrooms in 2021.
This new venture will include BMW’s very best motor, battery and charging technology which will see the car achieve 0-62mph in 6.8 seconds and a top speed of 112mph.
Further impressive statistics quoted include the fact that its 93 per cent more efficient than previous electric models and is able to generate ‘282bhp and 295lb ft of torque.’
In terms of charge, drivers who use a 150kW rapid-charger will be able to get 0-80 per cent charge in 34 minutes and overall 285 miles for a full-charge.
