At Leasing Options, we’ve always believed that our people are our greatest strength. That’s why every year, we take the time to recognise and celebrate our long-serving colleagues – the ones whose dedication, energy and loyalty have helped shape our journey.
This year, we were proud to honour 20 incredible team members who’ve each reached over 10 years of service – with several now proudly part of our 20-year club. Among them is our longest-serving team member, who has been with the business since 1990 – a phenomenal milestone and a true testament to the culture we’ve built together.
To mark the occasion, we hosted an unforgettable celebration across two fantastic nights at Co-Op Live, where we’re proud to be an official sponsor. With our suite not quite big enough to host everyone in one go, we gave our long-service stars the choice between two legendary icons – Lionel Richie or Diana Ross – and safe to say, both nights were packed with food, drinks, laughter, and memories to last a lifetime.
This year’s celebration held extra meaning for our Chief Operating Officer, Mike Thompson. After years of attending as a host, Mike was proud to attend not just as a senior leader, but as a fully qualified member of the club – celebrating 11 fantastic years with the business.
Reflecting on the evening, Mike shared:
“Our long-serving colleagues are the heart and soul of this business. It’s their loyalty, dedication and belief in what we’re building that sets Leasing Options apart—and it’s only right that we celebrate them in style. To have 20 people reach 10 years or more is a huge achievement and a reflection of the culture we’ve built together. These celebrations aren’t just about the years—they’re about the memories, the milestones and the people who make this place what it is. Personally, I’m proud and humbled to now be part of that club myself.”
Among those recognised were Rob and Michelle, who joined us back in 2002 and have each now contributed over 23 years of service. Their legacy and impact are woven into the very fabric of who we are today.As we continue to grow and evolve, one thing remains constant: our commitment to our people. With clear development paths, wellbeing initiatives, and a supportive, family-first culture, we’re proud to help our team build careers that last.
