It is the moment everything becomes real. Your new vehicle is on its way, the keys are nearly in your hand, and you want to know exactly when it will arrive.
That is why we have launched Leasing Options Delivery Tracking, a new customer benefit designed to make vehicle delivery clearer, easier and more reassuring.
Powered by moDel, an Ebbon company, the service provides live delivery updates and accurate estimated times of arrival for customers once their vehicle has been collected for delivery.
Once a vehicle is picked up, customers receive a tracking email and text message from moDel. This includes an accurate estimated time of arrival, along with real-time GPS updates every 10 minutes.
It means customers no longer have to wonder where their vehicle is or wait around without clear information. Instead, they can follow the progress of their delivery and plan their day with more confidence.
The service is included at no extra cost with all Ebbon-Dacs orders and is currently available by email and SMS. We are also planning to make delivery tracking available through the Leasing Options Portal, giving customers another simple way to view delivery progress alongside their wider account information.
The service has been live since 1 January 2026 and has already been refined in partnership with dealer teams to achieve a service level above 90% completion.
For us, expanding our use of moDel to include Geo-Comms vehicle tracking was a natural next step in improving the customer journey.
By giving customers better visibility of their vehicle delivery, we are making the leasing experience more transparent from start to finish.
And with further enhancements planned, including tracking through the Leasing Options Portal, this is another step forward in making Leasing Options even easier to use.
