We’re excited to share that Christian Butschok-Brain has been promoted to the role of Head of Strategic Development here at Leasing Options – a newly created position that marks a big step in our continued journey of growth, innovation and improvement.
Many across the industry – and certainly within our walls – know Christian well. He’s built a brilliant reputation across our Pricing, Optimisation and Sales teams, bringing passion, insight and commercial acumen to every role he’s taken on. Over the past year in Sales, he’s made a huge impact – strengthening relationships and delivering fantastic results, all while staying true to the values we hold at Leasing Options.
A key strategic role for our future
In his new role, Christian will be working closely with Pete and the wider Sales team to lead on training, team development and commercial performance – helping shape the next phase of our sales strategy and elevate the customer experience even further.
But that’s just one part of the picture.
Christian will also support the ongoing development of our in-house systems – collaborating with Mike, Ben, and stakeholders across the business to continuously improve the platforms, tools and processes we rely on every day. From automation to efficiency, this work is vital in keeping Leasing Options agile, modern and ahead of the game.He’ll also be playing a key role in strengthening partnerships across our supply chain – supporting Harrison and Mike in deepening our relationships with funders, dealers and OEMs.Speaking about his new role, Christian said:
