The British Vehicle Leasing And Rental Association (‘BVRLA’) – the UK trade body for companies engaged in vehicle rental, leasing and fleet management – has announced that we have achieved a score of 100% in its latest audit of our systems, procedures and controls.
The BVRLA audits each of its broker members against its Code of Conduct, to make sure they meet its standards and comply with relevant regulations; including data-protection laws and the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
To achieve the score of 100% means that we were able to demonstrate that all our systems and policies are fully compliant and that we are ensuring positive outcomes for our customers. As part of the audit, the BVRLA reviewed a sample of orders and confirmed that our documents and forms are set out in a way which is fair, clear and not misleading. The audit also established that when we occasionally receive customer complaints, they are handled fairly and in line within the expected standard for the industry.
This is a fantastic achievement and one that we are extremely proud of.
All funders that we work with have received a copy of the audit report and we have received amazing feedback already as a result of it.
While this is great news, it doesn’t mean we can take our foot of the pedal. Our team is committed to maintaining these excellent standards and will continue to strive to achieve them and deliver the best possible service to our customers.
