As the business continues to grow, we’re investing in the future of our team through the launch of the Leasing Options Training Academy. The academy has been created to give new and existing colleagues the support, skills and confidence they need to build successful careers with us.
The leasing industry is always changing, from new vehicle technology to changing customer expectations. That means knowledge, service and consistency matter more than ever. The Training Academy will help make sure every colleague has access to the right training and development, whether they are just joining the business or looking to take the next step in their career.
It will also support our recruitment and retention plans by giving people a clear pathway from day one. We want Leasing Options to be known not only as one of the UK’s leading leasing brokers, but also as a place where people can learn, progress and feel part of a team.
The academy will be led by Chris Sykes, who is one of our own success stories. Chris has been part of Leasing Options for more than a decade and has worked his way up to Sales Manager, building a strong understanding of the business, our customers and the standards we expect. We’re proud to see him leading this next chapter and helping shape the future generation of Leasing Options colleagues.
Chris has been joined by Stuart Wallbanks, who brings more than 20 years’ experience from across the motor industry. Stuart most recently worked with Leasing Options as a third-party consultant through Symco Training before joining the team, giving him a strong understanding of the business and where the academy can make the biggest impact.
Together, Chris and Stuart will oversee the development of training programmes, onboarding processes and the wider academy framework. Their focus will be on giving colleagues practical, useful support that helps them do their jobs well, progress in their careers and continue delivering the high standards our customers expect from Leasing Options.
The launch of the academy is an important step for the business. It reflects our commitment to developing talent from within, strengthening recruitment and making sure we continue to raise standards as we grow.
As Leasing Options enters its next phase, the Training Academy will help us invest in our people, protect the culture that makes the business what it is and continue delivering the service, expertise and professionalism our customers know us for.
