The Mercedes-Benz GLB is the latest family SUV from the brand, which sits above the GLA and below the GLC in size. Available with a choice of petrol engines such as the GLB 200, which has a 1.3litre turbocharged 163hp engine or the GLB 35, which has a 4 cylinder 2.0litre turbocharged engine producing 306hp.
It comes with 7 seats in total. The middle row of seats can be split in a 40:20:40 format allowing longer items to be carried, with rear seats having Isofix anchoring points to give you flexibility when taking on a lot of luggage.
The boot has a capacity of 455litres on petrol models and 570litres on diesel models. With all seats folded down, the loading area is flat with no boot lip either, expanding its capacity to a whopping 1,540litres on petrol and 1,805litres on diesel models. All models feature an electric tailgate as standard also.
The cabin has loads of cubby holes and pockets for storing items and includes USB- C charging points in the centre armrest, behind the gear sector and in the rear of the cabin. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available on the AMG Line trim upwards and an infotainment system, which includes the larger display and driver display.
