Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Account Managers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs, providing tailored vehicle leasing solutions across both new and used vehicles, and leading initiatives that enhance our service delivery. Strong communication and the ability to think independently are essential to effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyse customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their vehicle leasing experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle updates, product offerings, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with wider teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Address any client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong computer literacy is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Management Accountant / Bookkeeper

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on finance work while taking ownership of month-end processes and contributing to management reporting.
You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial information while supporting wider business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing purchase and sales ledger processes
- Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments)
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintaining accurate and compliant financial records
- Supporting VAT returns and wider finance reporting
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and reporting
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance role
- Experience supporting month-end and management accounts preparation
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
