Like all the current Audi models, the classy cabin is exceptionally well built and crammed to the gunwales with technology. The A5 is propelled by a wide range of turbocharged TFSI petrol and TDI diesel engines ranging from 150 to 245hp, paired with either six-speed manual and seven-speed S-Tronic automatic gearboxes driving two wheels or Audi’s quattro 4WD.
The current Audi A5 range shares similar handling characteristics to the A4 on which they are based and are a marked improvement over their predecessors. The steering delivers better feedback and a well-weighted, linear action.
You can set things up exactly how you want them with the Audi Drive Select system, taking in five modes called Comfort, Auto, Efficiency, Dynamic and Individual, the latter allowing you to mix the settings up to suit your driving style.
