Car Contract Hire

 
Contract Hire; with or without maintenance?

Contract Hire without maintenance is simply an operating lease without maintenance or servicing. This is a standard Contract Hire facility that may provide some businesses with a tax efficient motoring package where you can take control of your own vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Contract Hire with maintenance – Contract Hire provides the complete fixed cost motoring solution.

Business Contract Hire enables you to drive a brand new vehicle every few years and leaves you time to concentrate on running your business whilst Personal Contract Hire simply provides fixed cost driving package for an individual.

Contract Hire offers many benefits to both business and personal customers.

 

Company Car Hire

 
Many companies due to the tax advantages and general cash flow restraints opt to lease company vehicles (both cars and vans) rather than buying them outright.

With Contract Hire, you can rent/ hire company cars and vans for a pre-agreed period at a fixed monthly cost.

Contract Hire is a simple yet effective car leasing solution as the Funder retains ownership of the vehicle. Therefore there are no associated risks for the customer as all the risk is with the car leasing Funder.

Contract Hire also removes the depreciation and disposal concerns as all Leasing Options vehicles are returned at the end of the contract period.

 

Leasing Cars

 
Leasing cars is nothing more than a means of paying for the use of a car, minibus, MPV or van over a specified period of time. Here at Leasing Options we offer car leases for all major UK car manufacturers from banks and other lending institutions with whom we have organised special terms for both business and individuals.

Leasing cars and van leasing typically runs from 24 months – 48months and in essence makes it complex to terminate your contract early or indeed swap into another vehicle. Once you have agreed a lease plan and price with Leasing Options and have signed the lease contract, a delivery slot will be arranged through Leasing Options. Depending on the vehicle delivery can be organised from 2days to 12weeks of contract confirmation.

 

Vehicle Leasing

 
For many businesses, using capital to fund vehicle acquisitions simply doesn't make good financial sense.

Not only will you lose out on the benefit of cashflow and tax advantages but you could leave the business short of cash for expansion ie buying new equipment, recruiting new staff etc. Even if the funds are readily available, there are other areas like vehicle leasing which could produce a better return on investment.

Therefore, choosing the most suitable finance plan for your business is extremely important.

Do you want to own the car at the end of the agreement?

If your response is Yes, and you want a simple vehicle leasing repayment scheme, then Leasing Options would recommend Contract Purchase. If you would prefer more flexibility or even take up an agreement as an individual, then Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) could be the better option. However, if your answer is No, then Contract Hire can provide you or your business with the most suitable option.
