Information from Volkswagen

Most of you are already aware of a major change to the National ordering system that Volkswagen UK use for its franchised retailers.

The current “Dialog” application is over 20 years old and is being completely replaced with a brand new system that will provide much better functionality and information for us and our customers.

New orders / stock enquiries

We will be unable to place new orders on the system between 4pm on the 12th July until the 26th July.

Existing Orders

We will not be able to provide production updates during this period.

Completed vehicles will continue to be shipped, so lead times to customers should be unaffected.

Deliveries

We will be unable to book any cars for delivery after 12pm Tuesday 13th July until the new system is in place.

Please forward any delivery details for vehicles we have on site by close of play this week (we can deliver vehicles when the system is down but we must book them prior to 12pm Tuesday 13th July).
