A recent study by Esure has found that when it comes to using mobile phones whilst driving, motorists are still breaking the law.

Despite new measures being introduced to try and stop the problem, such as increased fines and more points, drivers are still ignoring the advice. The study also found that nearly 10 per cent of drivers are actually logging on to mobile internet sites while behind the wheel!
